A cross-platform digital experience design project exploring the use of Automated Virtual Agents (AVAs) in interactive storytelling and marketing. The work involved designing a consumer-facing website and companion app for character driven interactions, games and collections, alongside a B2B platform that enables companies to configure, manage and integrate AVAs into their own digital ecosystems.
